• Gift Certificates are non-transferable and only apply to the item listed. May not switch services or persons. For silent auction certificates, certificate must be redeemed by the listed winner.
• Not to be combined with other offers.
• Please adhere to expiration dates.
• No cash value.
• All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We are able to add to your order if you get back with us right away, but we cannot take away or cancel your order.
• Please have all interested parties at ordering sessions. Reschedule if necessary.
• Physical items are only available when clients go through all steps of our gift certificate redemption process: consultation, photo session, and order session in person or by Zoom if agreed.
• We reserve the right the refuse service.
