Terms & Conditions
1. Session Reservation
A non-refundable session reservation fee of 195 is required to secure your appointment. This fee reserves your portrait time and design consultation and does not include artwork.
2. Minimum Artwork Investment
This is a commissioned portrait experience. A minimum artwork investment of 900 applies to all sessions. Artwork is selected during your in-person ordering appointment.
Most families invest between 1,500–3,000 depending on what they choose to create.
3. Collection Pre-Selection
Pre-selected collections are applied toward final artwork purchases and are non-refundable.
• 50% pre-selection deposits secure the selected collection level and bonus artwork credit.
• Remaining balances are due at the ordering appointment.
• Paid-in-full pre-selections qualify for additional incentives as outlined.
Pre-selected amounts may be applied toward higher investment levels but may not be reduced or refunded.
4. Artwork Orders & Final Sale Policy
All artwork purchases are final due to the custom nature of commissioned portraiture.
Because products are custom-designed, printed, framed, and ordered specifically for each client:
• No refunds or exchanges are permitted.
• Digital files, once delivered, are non-refundable.
• Approved orders cannot be canceled once submitted to the lab.
5. Digital Files
Digital files are not sold separately.
Matching digital files are included with wall portrait purchases and at designated collection levels as outlined in the pricing guide.
Digital files are provided for personal use only and may not be altered, resold, or used for commercial purposes.
6. Ordering Appointment
All artwork decisions are finalized during the scheduled ordering appointment.
Payment in full is required at the time of order unless prior arrangements have been approved.
Failure to attend the ordering appointment may result in forfeiture of session credit and promotional incentives.
7. Live Bunny Disclaimer
A live bunny will be gently incorporated into select portraits as a seasonal element.
For the safety of the animal and children:
• Bunny interaction is guided by studio staff.
• Parents must remain within reach of young children at all times.
• The studio reserves the right to discontinue bunny interaction if safety or comfort is compromised.
The presence of the live bunny cannot be guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances involving animal welfare. In such cases, portraits will proceed without the bunny.
8. Rescheduling & Cancellations
Session reservations are non-refundable.
Rescheduling may be accommodated with advance notice and is subject to availability. The studio reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances.
9. Artwork Storage & Archival
Complimentary image storage is provided for a limited period following your ordering appointment. The studio is not responsible for archiving unpurchased images indefinitely.
Clients are responsible for backing up delivered digital files.
10. Acceptance of Terms
Payment of the session reservation confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions.
