TERMS & CONDITIONS

A $50 nonrefundable reservation fee is required to reserve your Portrait Planning Session and secure your appointment on our calendar. Portrait inquiries are valid for 30 days from the date submitted. Our studio will contact you by phone and follow-up email regarding next steps.

The reservation fee reserves your appointment time and is not redeemable for cash or credit. Portraits, digital images, prints, and finished artwork are purchased separately.

Senior portrait inquiries are intended for the senior and family identified on the original inquiry and may not be transferred to another individual or family.

A parent or legal guardian must attend the Portrait Planning Session and the Portrait Presentation & Ordering Appointment with the senior. The senior is encouraged to participate fully in planning and selecting their portraits; however, purchasing decisions must be made by a responsible adult age 21 or older.

Appointments canceled with fewer than five days' notice, as well as missed appointments, will result in forfeiture of the reservation fee. A new reservation fee will be required to reschedule.

Your Portrait Presentation & Ordering Appointment will take place at our studio approximately 2–7 days after your Portrait Session. All individuals involved in purchasing decisions are strongly encouraged to attend. We dedicate this appointment to helping you select your favorite portraits and determine how you would most like to enjoy them in your home.

Because each piece of artwork is custom-created for you, all orders placed during your Portrait Presentation & Ordering Appointment are final. Payments are nonrefundable and all sales are final.
