Portrait Inquiry & Reservation

There is no fee to submit a portrait inquiry. If, after speaking with our studio, you choose to move forward, a $50 nonrefundable reservation fee is required to reserve your Portrait Planning Session and secure your appointment on our calendar.

Portrait inquiries are valid for 30 days from the date submitted. The reservation fee secures your appointment and is not redeemable for cash or credit toward artwork purchases.


Class of 2027 Senior Portrait Invitation

Selected seniors will receive the following:

  • Personalized Portrait Planning Session
  • Custom Senior Portrait Session
  • Complimentary 8×10 Fine Art Portrait
  • Custom Graduation Announcement Design
  • $250 Fine Art Canvas Portrait Credit
  • Inclusion in our Senior Portrait Yearbook

Additional portraits, prints, digital images, and finished artwork are available for purchase separately unless specifically included in the invitation. There is no required additional artwork purchase. Complimentary items and services have no cash or credit value.


$250 Fine Art Canvas Portrait Credit

The $250 credit may be applied toward the purchase of one Fine Art Canvas Wall Portrait measuring 18 inches or larger, including eligible Classic Canvas, Creative Finish, or Masterpiece Painted Portrait collections.

Eligible canvas portraits begin at $1,800 before application of the credit.

The credit is subject to the following conditions:

  • Valid toward one eligible canvas wall portrait purchase only.
  • Not applicable toward photographic paper portraits, individual prints, albums, digital images, or reservation fees.
  • Cannot be combined with other promotional offers, discounts, or portrait credits.
  • Has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, or applied to a previous purchase.
  • May be redeemed only by the recipient of the original Senior Portrait Invitation.
  • Must be applied at the Portrait Presentation & Ordering Appointment associated with this invitation.

Any balance exceeding the $250 credit is the responsibility of the purchaser. Unused credit has no residual or cash value.


Participation & Attendance

Senior portrait invitations are intended exclusively for the senior and family identified in the original inquiry and are nontransferable.

A parent or legal guardian must attend the Portrait Planning Session and Portrait Presentation & Ordering Appointment with the senior.

The senior is encouraged to participate in planning and selecting their portraits; however, purchasing decisions must be made by a responsible adult age 21 or older.


Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments canceled with fewer than five days' notice, as well as missed appointments, will result in forfeiture of the $50 reservation fee. A new reservation fee will be required to reschedule.


Portrait Presentation & Ordering

Your Portrait Presentation & Ordering Appointment will take place at our studio approximately 2–7 days after your Portrait Session.

All individuals involved in purchasing decisions are strongly encouraged to attend. This appointment is dedicated to reviewing your portraits, selecting your favorites, and determining how you would most like to enjoy them in your home.


Final Sales & Payments

Because each piece of artwork is custom-created for you, all orders placed during your Portrait Presentation & Ordering Appointment are final. Payments are nonrefundable, and all sales are final, subject to applicable law.


Studio Policies

Julizza Gómez Portraits reserves the right to decline or discontinue services where permitted by applicable law.
